Please see the attached file for how to put the gantry back to being square. 


Possible reasons for un-square gantry:

  1. Improper Assembly or Loose Screws

  2. Vibration or Movement During Operation

  3. Worn or Damaged Rails and Bearings

  4. Incorrect Firmware Settings

  5. Power Loss or Abrupt Stopping


Precautions to Prevent the Gantry from Coming Out of Place:

  1. Regularly Tighten Screws and Bolts

  2. Ensure Proper Calibration

  3. double check if End stops are loose/not working

  4. Use Dampeners or Anti-Vibration Pads

  5. Clean the Rails and Bearings Regularly
